Pat Marando is a professional Mortgage Broker from Victoria, Australia. He has an extensive banking and finance background, having worked in senior management positions at ANZ Bank. Pat is motivated by doing what is right for customers and the business. He strives to provide an elevated experience for all stakeholders, maintain compliance requirements, and deliver quality conversations. His goal is to take clients on the same journey from start to finish.
Pat's expertise includes mortgage broking services, retail banking and sales, small business lending, home loans, and refinancing. He has helped first-time homebuyers, small business owners, and other customers through the process of property ownership. Pat has developed relationships with clients to understand their goals and situations to present solutions and provide direction on the way forward. He educates customers on the loan processes for home purchases, investment properties, upsizing, and refinancing.
With 35 years of experience in the industry, Pat is an expert in all facets of home lending. He is passionate about getting his clients the right loan and is known for his excellent service, exceptional knowledge of the industry, and strong work ethic.
